The man in the White House is supposed to make this country safer, not put it at risk.
I think it is fair to say that is not the case with Joe Biden, largely due to his ridiculously loose border policies.
Since October 2022, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has encountered 146 Terrorist Watch List (TWL) subjects at the southern border, and a mere three at the northern border, reported Breitbart.
Just as with drugs, if they are catching that high of a number, you can only imagine how many are slipping through the cracks.
Massive Surge
We are not just seeing a massive surge at the border, but also a massive surge in TWL numbers.
If we go back to 2017, there were two encounters, six in 2018, and three in both 2019 and 2020.
In FY 2021, that number shot up to 16, then 98 last year, and 149 this year, with a projected total of 178.
Generally, gotaways, or illegals that have evaded authorities at the border, are about 20 to 25% of illegal immigrant encounters.
If that number holds true for TWL subjects, and there is no reason to think that it would not, it means we have about 60 or so terrorists that have likely slipped through the cracks in the last two years.
Tom Homan, the former Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director, stated, “After 9/11, we created all these databases so if you want to come to the United States, get a plane ticket or a visa, you gotta go through all this vetting through various databases.
“Why would any terrorist put themselves in a position to be vetted through these databases when you can simply get to Mexico, cross the southwest border like 1.3 million others did, and not get arrested?”
And these people are extremists, so if you do not think they are purposely sending some people across in one area to distract authorities while others sneak in at a different port, I have some swampland in Texas that I would love to sell you.
Sadly, it is probably only a matter of time before another 9/11 happens here.
