Group Of House Democrats Urges Biden To Reverse Course
President Joe Biden is falling into disfavor among growing numbers within his OWN party every single day.
Joe is continuing to fail.
It doesn’t matter which way the president pivots -- he just can’t seem to keep his whiny contingent of Democrats happy.
This time, Democrats want Biden to change up the administration’s policy on gas exports.
A group of Democrats got together to write a letter to the president, telling him exactly what they think should happen.
They want to grow liquified natural gas (LNG) export opportunities, saying that LGN “is a linchpin for fostering strong international partnerships, diversifying energy supplies, and reducing dependence on volatile regions.”
They did not stop there.
“The United States must continue to lead the way in ensuring the security of our own energy supplies and those of our allies. Every molecule of U.S. LNG exported helps limit the growth of global emissions and provides energy security around the world,” they said.
Not everyone feels excited about looking for ways to export even more LNG.
That list includes environmentalists who have fears that producing and shipping LNG will only make emissions level worse.
In a nutshell, Joe Biden is screwed.
No matter what he decides, someone is going to be upset.
With his approval rating lower than ever, and members of his own party calling for him to step down and let someone else run in his place, Biden is chopped liver.
Even Biden himself knows that he is not up for another four years of governing.
It becomes more and more obvious every day that former President Donald Trump may very well emerge victorious and regain control of the White House for a second term.
Besides, we need policies that actually make a difference. NOT policies that are created to appease a certain group of people only to be reversed the minute someone else starts complaining.
Policies should be created to make a positive impact on AMERICANS, not on politicians and activists.
