Okay, my friends, the gloves are officially off.
Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX), never one to pull punches, is now in an all-out assault on Joe Biden.
Cruz latched onto a recent report about Burisma officials and Hunter Biden to proclaim that if Joe is tangled up in this mess, he should be sent to prison… and I wholeheartedly agree.

A recent report in the New York Post cites a payment of $10 million from Burisma officials to Hunter Biden. That money, according to the report, was to be split evenly between Joe and Hunter Biden.
Due to the intricate banking network that was in place for these payments, it has been difficult for Rep. James Comer (R-KY) and the GOP to show a direct link to Biden, but Comer insists that is not necessary, especially considering the testimony they have on record as well as the slew of information from Hunter’s laptop.
If the Burisma official’s claims are correct, then Joe Biden took a bribe as well as insisting that Hunter be put on the board of Burisma.
Cruz explained, “Let’s go to what that FD-1023 specifically says the FBI form, a confidential human source that had been reliable previously to the FBI came forward and said that the oligarch who owns Burisma paid $5 million to Hunter Biden and $5 million to Joe Biden in exchange for Joe Biden’s help getting rid of the prosecutor that was investigating Burisma and investigating that oligarch,” reported Breitbart.
Cruz concluded, “If so, Joe Biden is guilty of bribery. Hunter is guilty of selling bribes, selling official favors from his father. And if that is the case, Joe Biden should be impeached. He should be removed from office. He should be prosecuted, and he should go to prison, and he should share a cell with Hunter for corrupting the government of the United States.”
The problem, of course, is that Merrick Garland is currently running the DOJ, so there will never be charges brought against Joe Biden while he is in office.
This is the main reason that I have taken the stance that forget about impeachment. Just wait until after the 2024 election so Republicans can appoint a special counsel (assuming we win the White House back).
Appoint someone completely out of government so no bias can be claimed.
Let that individual investigate this case and if they can find the link, they prosecute Joe Biden.
I know I am sick and tired of Joe Biden saying he is not guilty being good enough for the media to dismiss the case, especially when the man has been proven to be a habitual liar.
Biden is corrupt, we just need someone other than Merrick Garland to do the investigating.
