Susie Wiles Says There Will Be No ‘Drama’ in This Administration

If you know anything about incoming Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, you know she is a no-nonsense type of person.

She is not someone who craves the spotlight, but she is also not one to tolerate backstabbing, leaks, and gossip.

To that point, she is promising a “drama” free administration, which would be a complete 180 from what happened during Trump’s first term.

Team Players

I don’t know who was advising Trump during his first term on appointments, but they were awful.

Trump had a mix of establishment and RINO staffers who were never fully on board with his agenda, and it showed.

Wiles says that will not be the case this time around.

She stated, "I don't welcome people who want to work solo or be a star.

"My team and I will not tolerate backbiting, second-guessing inappropriately, or drama. These are counterproductive to the mission.

"To my core, I believe in teamwork. Anyone who cannot be counted on to be collaborative, and focused on our shared goals, isn't working in the West Wing."

Trump’s first 100 days will be a challenge, as Biden has set landmine after landmine for Trump.

To that point, during a recent radio interview, Trump stated, "They talk about a transition, they're always saying they want to have a smooth transition of party to party, of government.

"Well, they're making it really difficult. They're throwing everything they can in the way, they're giving out trillions of dollars in nonsense, in Green New Deal crap, that isn't worth a damn thing."

I don’t expect to see a lot of Wiles in front of the camera, but we will know how effective she is in terms of the leaks and rumors coming out of the White House.

I really hope she can deliver because Trump presents enough drama on his own, so we surely do not need all the backstabbing and gossip we saw when he was president the first time.

I wish her all the luck in the world in trying to keep this group under her thumb.
