Supreme Court Taking Biden-Big Tech Censorship Case

The moment of truth is about to arrive for the Biden administration regarding its efforts to censor the American people with big tech.

Biden has lost this case at every level thus far, and we fully expect the Supreme Court to be the final nail in the coffin on this front.

On Friday, the Supreme Court announced it would be hearing arguments in this case, with the court also staying the previous ruling until the Supreme Court hears and decides on the case.

Here We Go

This will be one of the most consequential cases this court will decide that will directly impact the election.

Biden lost this case initially, then lost it again on appeal. Three justices wanted to decline the petition for the Supreme Court to take the case, preferring to allow the lower court decision to stand.

That being the case, it means that only two more justices will be needed for the lower court ruling to stay in place.

Justices Alito, Gorsuch, and Thomas already appear to be on board, so everyone will be watching Trump’s final two appointees for how they react to this case.

Alito penned the dissent, stating, “This case concerns what two lower courts found to be a ‘coordinated campaign’ by high-level federal officials to suppress the expression of disfavored views on important public issues.”

The White House has openly admitted to having officials “flag” posts they thought were concerning. DHS also had a portal with social media companies where it could “suggest” what counts would be censored.

Sen. Eric Schmitt (R-MO) and Louisiana Governor-elect and Attorney General Jeff Landry brought the initial case against the Biden administration.

Schmitt stated, “The United States Supreme Court has granted cert in Missouri v. Biden –  the nation’s highest court will hear the most important free speech case in American history.

“I’m proud to have filed this case when I was AG, and will always defend free speech.”

Members of the Biden administration covered under the ruling included White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, employees of the Justice Department and FBI, Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra, and Surgeon General Vivek Murthy.

It is tough to imagine the court ruling in favor of the Biden administration, especially since we now know they are censoring information that was from legitimate sources and not some whacked-out conspiracy theory.

If the court goes the opposite way, it will open the door to mass government censorship the likes of which we have never seen in this country before.
