Supreme Court Takes Up Landmark Censorship Case

The U.S. Supreme Court has officially done it.

The justices have taken up a key lawsuit against President Joe Biden.

Missouri v. Biden is the free speech case that's challenging Biden's team's efforts to censor content on social media.

Liberals love censoring what Americans are allowed to say.

Even though we have a very strong First Amendment, liberals try to get around that by saying that lies are not protected by the First Amendment.

They then pretend that everything they don't like is a lie and use that logic to prevent their opponents from being able to discuss their ideas freely.

It's a really disgusting model of control when you think about it. Free speech is supposed to be something that makes America different from the rest of the world.

Instead of letting Americans exercise their First Amendment, America's liberals are trying to manipulate our Bill of Rights so that only they have the power.

It isn't just people in Missouri who are pissed off at liberals over this, but it is the state of Missouri that appears ready to actually do something about this injustice.

Republican attorneys general from Missouri and Louisiana have banded together to sue the Biden administration over its orders to social media companies to flag conservative content on the platforms as fake news.

By getting things labelled as fake news even when they were truthful, liberals have been able to prevent information they don't like from being spread online.

"A majority of the Court, without undertaking a full review of the record and without dissenting any explanation, suspends the effect of that injunction until the Court completes its review of this case, an event that may not occur until late in the spring of next year," Justice Samuel Alito wrote when agreeing to take the case. "Government censorship of private speech is antithetical to our democratic form of government, and therefore today’s decision is highly disturbing."
