Supreme Court Justice Issues Stern Warning to Biden on Court Reforms

As you know by now, Joe Biden recently announced that he was withdrawing from the presidential race.

Instead, he is turning it over to Kamala Harris, who was NOT elected as the candidate by the American people.

He also announced that he would be spending the remainder of his term working on Supreme Court reforms, but a member of the court just had a few words of warning for Biden.

Not So Fast, Joe

Justice Neil Gorsuch offered a few words of warning to Joe Biden about his suggested reforms.

Biden announced three major reforms for the court: No One is Above the Law Amendment, term limits for Supreme Court justices, and a binding code of conduct for the Supreme Court.

Keep in mind, Democrats do not have a majority in the House, nor do they have a supermajority in the House or Senate, which would be needed to pass a new amendment.

This is a political stunt by Biden to paint the right as extremists.

Justice Gorsuch even cited that Democrats are making the Supreme Court a “political” issue during the election

He then offered some words of warning for Biden, stating, "It's there for the moments when the spotlight's on you, when the government's coming after you.

“And don't you want a ferociously independent judge and a jury of your peers to make those decisions? Isn't that your right as an American?

"And so I just say, be careful."

Gorsuch clearly does not understand the Democrat Party these days.

If they do not control the power, they want to change the rules.

I mean, look at what they did by pressuring Biden to drop out because he was behind in polling after having already won the nomination.

They have literally removed the American people from the equation, yet they are the ones accusing Republicans of creating a dictatorship.
