Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) has lost every legal battle he has faced to have his testimony in the Georgia election case blocked.
Well, he has lost every case so far.
He finally got some good news on Monday in the only court that matters.
Graham Catches a Break
Graham has been adamant that he has nothing to offer in this case.
He did not support the overturning of the election.
He was also among the first of the Republicans to come out against the rioters on January 6.
That, however, is not the focus of what Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis wants to hear from Graham.
A phone call was made between Secretary of State Raffensperger and Graham that seems to be the focus.
Graham’s last hope to avoid testifying was Justice Clarence Thomas and he came through, at least for now.
Willis now has to justify her subpoena by Thursday.
