The Texas Supreme Court has made its decision.
Chalk one up for common sense.
Despite all of the chants of "We're here, we're queer, and we're coming from your children!" kids in Texas are going to be safe from the radical left for at least a little bit longer.
The Texas Supreme Court is allowing a law to take effect that will prohibit minors from getting sex change operations.
The law will be in effect until a ruling is reached in the case involving the state and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
The ACLU sued the state authorities because Texas didn't want kids getting major sex-change surgeries. The liberal organization likened that stance to banning "necessary and life-saving medical care for Texas’ transgender youth."
"Transgender youth and their families are forced to confront the start of the school year fearful of what awaits them. But let us be clear: The fight is far from over," the ACLU said.
They're exactly as deranged as they sound.
Chopping off the genitals or children isn't progressive, it's barbaric. It really is sick how low liberals are willing to stoop to try to brainwash America's young people.
Republican Governor Gregg Abbott decided in June that there needs to be a little common sense left in America.
He banned sex-change surgeries for minors.
"We are now passing a law to ensure that going forward, no child will be victimized by gender mutilation. We should not allow sex organs of children to be cut off. That’s something that cannot be tolerated in this state," Abbott said.
Anybody who disagrees with that and wants to keep lopping kid's junk off isn't progressive, they're a monster.
