The State Department does not think so.
It awarded a $20,600 grant to a group called Centro Ecuatoriano Norteamericano (CEN).
Among other programs, CEN is running "12 drag theater performances."

That is what it is all about these days, and this administration will spend every penny we don't have on promoting it.
All of a sudden, everyone is obsessed with children going to drag shows.
