SPOILER ALERT: ‘Yellowstone’ Ending Stuns Fans
“Yellowstone” has finally come to an end, at least in terms of the main show.
Season 5 just ended, and I can tell you that fans are going crazy.
The ending stunned everyone, but I am here to tell you this is far from over.
Fans Stunned
Before I get into this, I know there are a lot of hardcore MAGA people trashing the show because of a scene at the end of the show, and I just don’t care.
This is TV, and they think one scene in a show like this is about brainwashing conservatives, more power to them, but I like the show and I will continue to watch the spinoffs. I am not so weak-minded that a TV show would make me change my ideology.
Now that I am off my soapbox let’s get into this.
With John Dutton being killed off when the season was refired, you just knew the final episodes were going to be off the hook.
Save some goofy scenes, Taylor Sheridan did not disappoint.
I don’t want to totally spoil it for everyone, but let’s just say in the battle between Jamie and Beth, Beth came out on top, and Rip was right in the middle of everything.
So much so, in fact, there are already rumors that a new spinoff is in the works that will concentrate on Beth and Rip, but it will also feature many of the regular characters from the show.
If this takes place, it sounds to me like Sheridan is just continuing “Yellowstone” under a new label, with Costner having been killed off.
As far as the outrage is concerned, some of X trolls were upset because Kayce sold the ranch back to Rainwater at the same price his family bought the ranch generations ago, $1.25 per acre.
There was also reportedly a scene where Indian children were knocking over gravestones, but what was being touted was only a small clip of that scene.
Again, it’s a TV show, and I am not going to boycott it, nor do I believe Sheridan was trying to brainwash conservatives and turn them liberal, as Jack Posobiec has claimed with his idiotic tweets.
I would hope that people are strong enough mentally that a scene like that would not cause them to have a meltdown or change their ideology, but Posobiec appeared to be completely outraged by this, posting, “The series end of Yellowstone went completely Woke and had the Duttons return their land back to the Indians.
“Shout out to those of us who saw this coming. Yellowstoning was always about pacing and leading conservative audiences to wokeness.
“Taylor Sheridan sold out.”
Relax, Jack… it’s just a show. Not to mention the fact, if he was a fan of the show, this narrative fits right in with what Kayce and Monica were headed the entire way, and it surely fit with what Beth wanted to happen, although I am sure she would have preferred to make a killing off the land.
This gesture, at least to me, was more about Kayce making a grand gesture for his wife and her people, including his son, not about selling out and going woke
