Barack Obama has been pressed into service in Arizona.
Katie Dobbs is on life support and Senator Mark Kelly is not doing much better.
One would think that Senator Sinema (D-AZ) would have shown up at the rally as well to show party unity.
That, however, did not happen.
Low Profile
Sinema was invited, but she chose not to attend.
Obama pushed the tired narrative of Republicans being a threat to democracy.
He stated, "If you've got election deniers serving as your governor, as your senator, as your secretary of state, as your attorney general, then democracy as we know it may not survive in Arizona.
"That's not an exaggeration. That is a fact."
It is not a fact, it is fearmongering, plain and simple.
Believe me, with Sinema's constituents, she did herself a favor by not attending.
I would love for someone to stick a microphone in Obama's face two years from now and ask him how that threat to our democracy is playing out right now.
These people act as though we are going to appoint a king or something and end the United States as we know it.
Yet, it is the Democrats who would like to toss our Constitution into the shredder.
They did this angle in 2016, and we all saw how that played out.
