NFL fans were stunned over a tweet sent out by the Cardinals' JJ Watt before the game on Sunday.
Watt only briefly explained that he had a heart issue that had to be addressed.
After the game, he gave more detail, getting very emotional in the process.
Shocked
Watt played in the game, which was a bit shocking in itself after his tweet.
He wrote, "I was just told somebody leaked some personal information about me and it's going to be reported on today.
"I went into A-Fib on Wednesday, had my heart shocked back into rhythm on Thursday and I'm playing today. That's it."
He explained further, "I talked to cardiologists and electrophysiologists from all over the country.
"I was assured multiple times from multiple people that there was nothing else you could do.
"I could play like normal and something could happen the next day or never again in 20 years.
"So I was assured, and I went back to practice on Friday and here we are."
After the game, his emotions got the better of him...

Watt can be a bit of a hot dog, but that is far outweighed by what he does for local communities.
His charity work in Houston is legendary.
Here's hoping he stays healthy so he can continue not only to wreak havoc on the field, but continue to contribute to local communities as he has done for his entire career.
