SF DA Will Not Publish Pelosi Bodycam Footage

There are a lot of questions being asked about the Pelosi attack.

Just about every one of them could be answered if we could see the bodycam footage of the police officers that showed up right before Pelosi got hit with the hammer.

Unfortunately, the San Francisco DA has no intention of letting us see it.

 Not Happening

San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced that she was having a meeting with the Pelosi family to review the evidence, but that is as far as it would be going.

She stated, "That meeting is happening today, so limited members are able to view that footage so that they can have certain questions in their mind answered.

"But it's a very limited number of family members, and that should be going on as we speak."

Jenkins continued, "For us, revealing that evidence through the media is just not what we think is appropriate.

"We want to make sure that this individual is held accountable for these egregious acts.

"For us, we're going to make sure that we limit the evidence as much as possible in order to get that done."

The attack against Pelosi was clearly politically motivated, but I would also say this was not just about party.

DePape is clearly a lunatic, but he also stated that he was just sick of the lies coming out of DC.

There are now calls for additional security for elected officials, but I believe it should be the same answer that Pelosi gave when additional security for our justices was brought up.

After all, if Pelosi believed they had adequate protection, there should be no need to give her beefed-up security.
