Senator Murphy Says Hunter Charges ‘Legally justified’

There is a lot being said right now about the charges that were recently filed against Hunter Biden.

Most Democrats continue to push the narrative that were his name not Biden, this would never be happening.

This included Hunter’s attorney, who claims that they are just trying to kick Hunter during the lowest part of his life.

Well, almost everyone, because the Democrat Senator from Delaware just stated that he believes the charges are warranted.

They’re Legit

Last week, Hunter was charged with nine tax-related charges, including three felonies.

The charges come after Hunter’s attorneys literally told prosecutors to rip up his plea deal when they could have easily narrowed the deal, and he could have walked away with a slap on the wrist.

When Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) was asked about the charges that Hunter is facing, he stated, "I think this is a very troubled individual who has who has done things that are worthy of prosecution.”

He then tried to damper that statement saying that Hunter is not the one on the ballot, and voters understand it is Joe Biden they are voting for, not his troubled son.

The problem for Joe, however, is that it now seems more likely that he was not only contributing to Hunter’s business efforts but that he was also likely receiving payments for his efforts.

There are numerous payments coming from Hunter and James Biden to Joe Biden, that have all been categorized as loan repayments, yet Rep. Comer (R-KY) says there is no front-end payment in the banking records to prove that claim.

If that was truly the case, all Biden has to do is produce the canceled check or bank statement showing the upfront payment, but the White House continues to simply say, “It was a loan.”

So, either Biden wants to drag this out to drop the hammer on Republicans closer to the election, or he does not have the proof these payments were for loans that were given.

We will find out the truth soon enough, and, rest assured, whoever is on the wrong end of this is going to take a monster hit.
