Senator Cotton Tears into Harris for Being ‘Naïve’ About Iran

I have long stated that Democrats have this obsession about being buddies with Iran.

Regardless of what Iran does to the United States or its allies, Democrats, and this includes Harris and Biden, continue to act like Iran is our ally.

To that point, after Harris bought into Hamas talking points this weekend, Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR), a Marine veteran, lit her up.

Wrong Side

In addition to being a Marine veteran, Cotton also serves on the Senate Intelligence, Armed Services, and Judiciary Committees.

So, when Harris started pushing Hamas's talking points, you can understand why he was so upset.

Cotton called her “unprepared to be the commander in chief," but that was just the start of it.

He stated, "She immediately took at face value Hamas' claims about the number of people killed and what they were doing.

"Israel has to strike on occasion at places like hospitals and schools because Hamas uses them for command and control or to fire mortars and rockets.

“There are civilian casualties in Gaza, no doubt, but those are solely the responsibility of Hamas, not Israel. Kamala Harris, like Joe Biden, though, have put more pressure on Israel than they put on Hamas from the very beginning."

Just so you know, the numbers that many media outlets and Democrats have been using are often coming from the Hamas-controlled Health Ministry, which does not differentiate combatant deaths from civilian deaths.

For instance, without proof, the Health Ministry stated this weekend that 100 people were killed in an Israeli strike.

Israel confirmed the strike, saying that it had killed 19 Hamas operatives, but the media and Harris used the Health Ministry numbers.

Cotton also slammed Harris for not attending the joint session of Congress when PM Netanyahu appeared, stating, "She refused to preside over the joint session, her only constitutional duty as president of the Senate, she refused to have a meeting in public with him, and she came out and again blamed Israel for the civilian casualties in Gaza, only emboldening Iran and Iranian-backed terrorists.

"And what did you have two days later, Hezbollah, another Iranian-backed terrorist, shot in rockets to Israel and blew up children playing ball at a playground.

"Kamala Harris is naïve, and she's not prepared to be the commander in chief.”

We cannot allow this woman to get into the White House.

She has been a complete and utter disaster as VP, and as much damage as Biden has done, I can only imagine how much worse it would be with Harris calling the shots.

She must be defeated in November.
