Secret Service Ends Kennedy Protection

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. fought for months to get Secret Service protection as a presidential candidate.

After the Trump assassination attempt, the Biden administration finally approved his protection detail.

Now, only weeks later, that detail will be pulled since Kennedy has dropped out of the race.

Left Exposed

Rules are rules, and I understand why the protection detail is being pulled, but Kennedy is realistically more at risk now than he was when he was running.

Kennedy endorsed Trump upon announcing that he was suspending his campaign, and we all know how the crazies feel about people who support Trump.

If there were threats against Kennedy before, there would surely be more now.

The Secret Service confirmed that Kennedy’s detail had been pulled, stating, “That’s correct. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is no longer receiving US Secret Service protection.”

The Secret Service is responsible for protecting top presidential candidates, the president and vice president and their immediate families, former presidents, and the children of former presidents until they turn 16.

The Secret Service has been under the microscope since the Donald Trump assassination.

The failings of the agency were many that day, which included the shooter remaining on the grounds after setting off a metal detector with a range finder, having been seen taking readings, and even being spotted on the roof with a weapon.

The Secret Service could have removed Trump from the stage at any point, but they allowed all of this to play out.

Not only that but after the shooting, the cover and transport move was heavily flawed, leaving Trump’s head and torso open for another shot for an extended period of time.

As I have stated in other reports, if there had been a second shooter, I have zero doubt that Trump would not be here today.
