SCOTUS Shoots Down Latest Effort to Revive Student Loan Bailout
Ever since Joe Biden announced he was running for office, he has been trying to sell student loan forgiveness.
Congress resisted Biden’s plan, so he tried to piece it together, and the Supreme Court told him his plan was unconstitutional.
That, however, did not stop Biden, and he continued to push plans through, but some states fought back.

Biden’s Saving on a Valuable Education, or SAVE, plan is a backup to his original forgiveness plan, which was shot down by the Supreme Court.
SAVE is Biden’s effort to piecemeal this through, but Missouri is among a group of conservative states fighting to stop the plan.
Missouri won its battle in the lower courts, and the Biden administration has asked the Supreme Court to intervene.
Well, Justice Kavanaugh denied the emergency appeal, which means that Biden’s plan will have to remain on the sidelines, at least for now.
After the ruling, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey stated, "This court order is a stark reminder to the Biden-Harris administration that Congress did not grant them the authority to saddle working Americans with $500 billion in someone else’s Ivy League debt.
"This is a huge win for every American who still believes in paying their own way.”
The Biden administration also responded, stating, "We are disappointed in this decision, particularly because lifting the injunction would have allowed for lower payments and other benefits for borrowers across the country.
"The Department will work to minimize further harm and disruption to borrowers as we await a final decision from the Eighth Circuit."
These people knowingly took out these loans. They could have gone to community college, worked and saved money, but they chose to take out the loans… so pay them back!
