White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre loves to hide behind investigations and laws.
This is truly one of those times when you can say if you had a $1 for every time she referred to them for not giving answers, you would be a rich man.
She won't talk about Joe Biden running for office because of the Hatch Act, which is complete nonsense.
Now she is saying that she cannot comment on the classified documents scandal because of an ongoing investigation.
Constitutional expert Jonathan Turley disagrees.
Not Transparent
Joe Biden's handlers screwed up when they wrote Joe Biden's first statement after we found out classified documents were found in Biden's office.
They should have waited until Biden's homes were searched because Biden went on TV and told the country had no idea what those documents were and what information they contained.
After he made that statement, two more sets of documents were found, both inside Biden's Delaware home.
One set in the garage and another in his library.
Now people want answers and the person that is supposed to give them to us will not say a word.
Turley, who appeared at Donald Trump's impeachment hearings, chimed on KJP's unwillingness to answer questions on this matter.
He stated, "It is increasingly painful to watch Karine Jean-Pierre as she argues that they have been 'transparent' by being transparently unwilling to answer any questions.
"Nothing prevents the White House from answering basic questions about the scandal. It will not undermine the Justice Department for the White House to confirm the President's position and recollection. The silence protects the President not the investigation."

The most popular narrative being spun by the White House now is that the documents were "inadvertently" placed in Biden's home and office, but that is not believable at all, especially since the White House offers no context around that possible reasoning.
In reality, Biden took them, and he got caught.
Some would say this is actually worse than Donald Trump because at least Trump admitted to taking the documents and offered up some type of reasoning behind it.
Joe Biden is just outright lying about everything.
