Sarah Sanders Sets AR on Fire on First Day

Sarah Huckabee Sanders has officially been sworn in as the governor of Arkansas.

She took very little time getting to work.

Right out of the gate, she issued to bans that are going to have liberals up in arms.

Not in My State

First up… TikTok.

Sanders is very familiar with the issues and challenges of TikTok, as it was a major issue for Donald Trump when she was serving as Press Secretary.

ByteDance LTD., a Chinese company with significant ties to the Chinese Communist Party, owns TikTok.

As the youngest governor in the nation, Sanders is setting the tone that she is not to be played with, banning the application from all government devices.

Sanders' order banning the application stated, "It is the position of this administration to undertake strong and prudent measures to protect the information and communications systems used by state entities, public primary and secondary schools, cities and counties, and public safety organizations from harm to prevent both unauthorized access and exploitation of the critical data stored within and traveling through those systems."

Sanders has also banned the term "LatinX," which even Latinos do not particularly like.

That term will no longer be permitted to appear on any state documents.

Sanders' order states, "Ethnically insensitive and pejorative language has no place in official government documents or government employee titles.

"The government has a responsibility to respect its citizens and use ethnically appropriate language, particularly when referring to ethnic minorities."

Educational reform is going to be huge for Sanders, and trust me, the state badly needs it.

I lived in Arkansas for six years before moving to Texas and the state is begging for someone that can deliver specifically on education and infrastructure.

On education, Sanders stated, "I've made no secret that the biggest priority I have for this session is a large-scale education reform package.

"I am living it every day with a fifth-grader, a third-grader and a first-grader, and I feel the impact of education and what it means and what it means to each kid."

Good luck, Governor Sanders… I hope you knock it out of the park.
