The GOP is starting to get a bit more aggressive with the Biden administration for going after witnesses.
Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) sent a blistering letter to ATF director Steven Dettelbach on the matter.
According to Gaetz, the ATF has been retaliating against congressional witnesses.

Gaetz stated that Chris Smith of Gulf Coast Gun was paid a suspicious visit by the ATF.
Smith testified during the “Field Hearing on the Weaponization of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.”
Gaetz's letter stated, " It has come to my attention that yesterday, September 6, 2023, ATF agents once again aggressively targeted and harassed one of my constituent federal firearms licensees (FFL), Chris Smith of Gulf Coast Gun, this time apparently in violation of federal law.
"Chris has held an FFL in Florida for years with no issues, and yet the ATF has aggressively audited him without merit and accused him of various clerical errors in an attempt to have his FFL revoked. It is for this reason that Chris testified as a whistleblower before members of Congress," reported Breitbart.
The ATF left his business with nothing, however, as Smith has yet to actually use his business license.
Not only that, but the ATF had already audited his business earlier in the year, with Gaetz adding, “and it follows that given the ATF is forbidden from auditing the same business twice in one year, the only excuse the ATF had to further harass Chris, was to audit a new, unused manufacturer’s license.”
All of these letters that we are seeing from GOP members of Congress are great, but when are we actually going to start to see some action?
Biden is rolling right over people, running more of a dictatorship, but we have yet to see any actual charges or enough pressure applied to have these officials removed from office.
I don't know about you guys, but I am getting sick of getting run over by these people… DO SOMETHING GOP!
