It now seems fairly certain that we will have proof that Secretary Mayorkas lied under oath while testifying on the Hill.
More whistleblowers have come forward with information that counters previous testimony by DHS Secretary Mayorkas regarding the now-defunct Disinformation Governance Board.
Mayorkas lied about everything from the board holding meetings to the topics that were discussed.

Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) published documents this week that are very damaging for Mayorkas.
Hawley pointed to these documents in a letter he wrote to Mayorkas on the matter.
During his May 4, 2022, testimony, Mayorkas said the board had not met. Yet, the documents show that a meeting had taken place on February 2, 2022.
The documents also showed that the meetings were taking place on a weekly basis, something Mayorkas clearly would have known about.
There was also a planned meeting with "Nathaniel Gleicher of Meta, who headed the company's security policy during the suppression of The New York Post's Hunter Biden laptop story," according to Fox News.

Senator Hawley (R-MO) also called out Mayorkas for handing in heavily redacted documents that were requested to cover this all up, stating, "[Y]ou have continued your blatant attempt to avoid transparency and sidestep congressional oversight. The documents you turned over to my office, six months after I requested them, are so heavily redacted most are illegible."
The challenge here is in actually being able to hold Mayorkas accountable.
Because the Democrats now hold the DOJ, congress can only make a criminal referral to the DOJ for prosecution, and the DOJ can decline to indict.
My guess here is that Mayorkas will make some nonsensical claim that there was a miscommunication or he was unaware of the meetings and Garland will use that to allow him to get off the hook.
We are about to see just how truly corrupt our government really is when it wants to protect one of its own.
