REPORT: Secret Service Broke into Local Business During Harris Campaign Event

The Secret Service is having a really bad month in the media.

We are only a few weeks from the Secret Service failing to protect Donald Trump at a rally.

Now we are finding out they broke into a local business during a recent Kamala Harris event.

Just Break In

Over the weekend, a report broke that Secret Service agents broke into a local salon in Massachusetts.

Harris was appearing at a local fundraiser at the time, and it would appear that her protection detail needed to use the bathroom.

So, rather than look for open facilities, they just decided to break into a local salon to use the bathroom.

Berkshires businesswoman Alicia Powers claimed that someone picked the lock on her store, and the security footage showed “emergency medical uniforms, a person in camouflage law-enforcement gear and someone in a dark suit and white shirt similar to a Secret Service officer who guarded the door,” according to the report.

The Secret Service at first stated that there is no way Secret Service agents would do such a thing, but an officer was seen covering the video camera with tape.

Secret Service spokesperson Melissa McKenzie stated, “The Secret Service has since communicated with the affected business owner.

“We hold these relationships in the highest regard and our personnel would not enter, or instruct our partners to enter, a business without the owner’s permission.”

Powers later stated that the head of the local office called her personally to apologize for the incident.

She explained, “He said to me everything that was done was done very wrong.

“They were not supposed to tape my camera without permission. They were not supposed to enter the building without permission.”

Powers was understandably livid, saying they left her business unlocked and did not even bother to remove the tape so she could see if anyone broke into her shop after they left.

She added, “Whoever was visiting, whether it was a celebrity or not, I probably would’ve opened the door and made them coffee and brought in donuts to make it a great afternoon for them.

“But they didn’t even have the audacity to ask for permission. They just helped themselves.”

How about an apology from Harris as well, since they were her protection detail?

I don’t know what is going on with the Secret Service these days, but they better get it fixed ASAP because right now, it is amateur hour.
