REPORT: Obama Advising Biden After Debate Fallout

Former President Barack Obama is still standing behind Joe Biden, but he is also burning up the bat phone in the White House.

Obama is reportedly sounding the alarm behind the scenes.

He has also reportedly called Joe to encourage Biden and let him know this cannot happen again.

Obama Stepping In

As reports of Biden’s involvement started circulating, the Biden campaign finally issued a statement.

Lauren Hitt, a spokesperson for the Biden campaign, said, "President Biden is grateful for President Obama’s unwavering support since the very start of this campaign as both a powerful messenger to voters and a trusted adviser directly to the president.”

Obama also defended Biden on X, posting, "Bad debate nights happen. Trust me, I know. But this election is still a choice between someone who has fought for ordinary folks his entire life and someone who only cares about himself.

"Between someone who tells the truth; who knows right from wrong and will give it to the American people straight — and someone who lies through his teeth for his own benefit. Last night didn’t change that, and it’s why so much is at stake in November."

You know Dems are desperate when they start to turn the race from policy to personality, which is exactly what Obama was trying to do in that post.

Obama has been much more active as a surrogate for Biden over the last few months.

He attended a big fundraiser for Biden in Hollywood as well as reportedly serving as an adviser for the Biden campaign.

Obama is the golden boy, but I am not sure even he can save Joe Biden this time around.

This is especially true after reports surfaced last week that Michelle Obama was not happy with Joe for how she was treating Hunter Biden’s ex-wife after the divorce was finalized.

There is trouble in paradise, my friends, and I am not sure anyone can get Biden out of this mess.
