Well, it would appear that my crystal ball was working just fine in the investigation regarding Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents.
Just as I had predicted, the investigation will not result in charges being filed against Joe Biden.
Reports broke in several outlets that weeks that Special Counsel Robert Hur will not be filing charges against anyone.
The Fix Is In
The investigation reportedly encompassed 100 Biden aides, colleagues, and family members.
This allegedly included Hunter Biden, who most assume was given access to some of these documents considering their nature and his business interests.
Biden, who did not have the authority to declassify information, had documents at his Penn Center office as well as his home.
From the reports I read, the documents at the Penn Center office were very much relevant to the work that was being done there, so there is no way I believe this was an accident.
The “scandal” was leaked in early January, and started to roll downhill from that point forward.
When additional documents were found in Biden’s home, Republicans really started to look for blood considering that Donald Trump had federal charges filed against him for the very same thing.
Alex Marlow, the author of “Breaking Biden,” offered up his two cents on the matter…
Joe Biden is going to skate on the classified docs.
As I wrote in BREAKING BIDEN, Joe's handling of the materials was FAR worse than anything Trump did, so of course his own corrupt machine let him off the hook.
There are (at least) two systems of justice in this country.

This was about as predictable as New Year’s Day coming on the first of January.
While the report itself has not been published and is not expected to be published anytime soon, I would bet dollars to donuts it says that while Biden was careless in handling the documents, there was no nefarious intent on his behalf.
And, quite frankly, I would not be surprised if that exact quote shows up in the conclusion of the report.
The fix, as they say, was in the moment this came across the desk of Merrick Garland.
