Mayor LaToya Cantrell has a set on her, I have to give her that.
The woman has the honor of lifting New Orleans to the murder capital of the country, yet she gets belligerent when she gets caught dipping her hands in the till.
Originally, it was upgraded plane tickets, and now it is living rent-free in a posh city-owned apartment.
Remember...
First, she told everyone she was doing her job and the $30,000 in first-class travel upgrades were her right.
This was Cantrell at the time...
Now she has been caught living in a $3,000/month apartment without paying for it.
The apartment was put under surveillance, and Cantrell was seen coming and going for almost a month straight, sometimes staying overnight.
When the report was published, Cantrell spokesman Gregory Joseph responded, "The mayor's usage of the city-owned apartment at the Pontalba is consistent with the usage of past mayors.
"In addition, the most recent franchise agreement contains no rules governing how that unit should be used.
"Lastly, according to the French Market Corporation, who are the owners of the building, this and past mayors are under no obligation to pay for using the apartment."

She is driving New Orleans into the abyss and robbing the city blind in the process.
