REPORT: Harris Wants to Keep Celebrity Appearances to a Minimum

Kamala Harris apparently got the message that the American people are sick and tired of celebrities pushing their opinions on the American people.

In a very smart move, reports are breaking that Harris hopes to keep celebrity appearances to a minimum during the national convention.

She knows full well that the GOP and Donald Trump would have unleashed on the campaign if it was flooded with celebrity appearances.

Cut Back

Democrats are like crack addicts when it comes to Hollywood.

They love all those rich celebrities who live in gated communities and travel on mega yachts, telling the American people how we need to be more accepting and pay more taxes.

Harris campaign’s senior spokeswoman, Adrienne Elrod, confirmed that they are trying to make this more about the average Joe than rich Hollywood celebrities.

Elrod explained, “We are living in the most personalized media environment ever, so it’s crucial we are leveraging the unparalleled excitement around this historic ticket by doing everything we can to break through to the voters who will decide this election.”

Celebrities will always be present at political conventions, but they should be a novelty, not a saturating presence.

For instance, Hulk Hogan was the hit of the RNC, but was one of only a few celebrities who appeared.

There are already reports that Barack Obama, Hillary and Bill Clinton, and Joe Biden will speak at the convention.

They are likely to be the featured speakers, leading up to the final day when Harris will formally accept the nomination.

The nomination itself has already been confirmed because the Democrat Party was forced to conduct a virtual roll call of electors because the convention was scheduled after the deadline for some states for the nominee to be confirmed and placed on the ballot.
