There is a lot of nuance to this case.
First and foremost, does Weiss have the courage to even bring charges while Joe Biden is in office?
Secondly, will Merrick Garland sign off on the charges?
There are already rumors of a plea deal being worked out, or at least prosecutors have a deal on the table for Hunter Biden.
However, Fox News’ Jesse Watters is claiming that Hunter Biden plans on refusing the deal, willing to take his chances in court with Daddy in the White House.
This goes much deeper than that, however.

Joe Biden clearly knew about Hunter’s business dealings, and it seems pretty clear that Joe was getting money.
If they can also prove that Joe was in office and making connections for Hunter, well, it is game over.
