REPORT: FBI Agent Stole Cash and Silver from January 6 Defendant

As if the FBI needed more bad press, it is about to come in the size of a mountain.

Reports surfaced over the last few days that FBI Agent Nicholas Anthony Williams was ripping off some of the January 6 defendants.

One of the testimonies that led to the indictment of Williams was filed regarding the case of Alexander Fan.

Guilty

Fan is one of about 1,300 attendees of the “Stop the Steal” rally that evolved into a riot at the Capitol who has been charged.

Fan was charged and found guilty of entering and remaining in a room in the Capitol building after having allegedly climbed through a broken window to enter.

Fan buried himself by taking a selfie at the office of Senator Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) just prior to being removed from the area by police.

Fan, who lives in Houston, had his home searched by FBI agents, later reporting to the FBI that several items were missing after the search took place.

Among these items were $2,500 in cash and silver bars, none of which was logged by the FBI, nor was it covered in the search warrant.

The FBI later announced that Agent Nicholas Anthony Williams had been indicted on charges related to the theft of items during the execution of search warrants between March 2022 and July 2023.

Williams is facing three charges, one of which covers the items missing from Fan’s home.

Williams has also been accused of stealing money in other homes during the searches, misuse of a government-issued credit card, and theft of agency cell phones.

His trial is set to start on April 1 in Houston.

This is the thing that the FBI needed after the previous reports of the FBI holding illegal searches at safe deposit boxes where coins, cash, and other assets were taken from innocent people.

How Director Wray still has a job is beyond me.
