REPORT: DOJ Will Not Announce Trump Charges Until After 2022 Cycle

I have made it pretty clear that I believe the Mar-a-Lago raid was a setup to remove Trump from consideration in the 2024 election.

The latest reports on possible charges being filed have solidified that reasoning.

Reports broke on Thursday that the DOJ will keep all indictments until after the 2022 cycle is over.

Delay It

Several outlets are running with the source reports that nothing will happen to Trump on this front until after the election.

I say this is politically motivated because if the DOJ filed charges now, another candidate could get a head start.

As it is, everyone has to sit around to see if Trump will be indicted.

It is a given that if Trump is clear of legal problems, he will run in 2024.

If he runs, all the big names will stay out of the way.

This decision puts the entire GOP on ice, unable to move simply because they have no idea what will happen.

The worst case scenario for the DOJ is that it waits until after the election,  indicts Trump, takes him out of the race, then fails to prove its case and Trump goes free.

You want to talk about fueling a fire of discontent in this country… that will be like a rig exploding.

Constitutional expert Jonathan Turley offered his two cents, making a very good case that if and when charges are filed, the DOJ will struggle to, as he puts it, stick the landing…

The Hillary Clinton case is a very good point, and it could be the precedent that eventually derails the case.

Now, I firmly believe that Trump will be charged at this point.

I have also stated that I don’t expect him to be convicted or do any time.

This is and always has been about removing him from the ballot.

The more I hear, the more I am convinced I am dead on with their plan of action.
