REPORT: Dem fundraising arm linked to terrorist funding
One of the first reports from DOGE exposed the possible funding of terror groups via USAID.
The organization was not directly funneling money to terror groups, but to fronts that were likely being used by them.
Now a report is breaking that ActBlue, the primary fundraising arm of the Democrat Party, is likely doing the same thing.
Funding Terror
Rep. Darrell Issa (D-CA) is leading the charge to expose possible fraud and terror funding by ActBlue.
He stated, “I write to raise concerns regarding the progressive fundraising organization ActBlue – as well as its charitable arm ActBlue Charities – and credible allegations of the provision of fundraising services and payment processing for terror-linked organizations and nonprofits.
“As mounting evidence of ActBlue’s dangerous corruption piles up, it is imperative that the Department of the Treasury investigate whether ActBlue Charities had reason to know it was handling payments that could support terror.”
Issa earlier came across information he believes ties ActBlue to the Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel, as well as the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights.
Issa had previously stated, “Neither ActBlue Charities – nor its parent organization ActBlue – have any reliable process to vet users of their platforms for links to terrorism, simply ignore their obligations under the law, and are actively abetting this collaboration.
“Terror financing is an extremely serious crime, and organizations cannot be given a free pass for failed due diligence, or worse, the enabling of terrorism.”
Democrats already have a terror problem in their party, as they still have a handful of members who were spreading Hamas talking points during the war between Israel and Hamas.
And now, Dems are sticking up for the Columbia University instigator, who Secretary of State Rubio believes is aligned with Hamas.
The case against ActBlue is pretty damning, especially when you consider that up until recently, the platform did not require Card Verification Values (CVVs), which makes credit card fraud far more likely.
To that point, Republicans stated, “The organization is also the subject of several state-level investigations stemming from allegedly fraudulent contributions made via the platform without the reported contributors’ awareness — serious allegations that, if proven true, would violate federal law.”
If the GOP can ever find a firm link between Democrats and terrorists, and I believe they eventually will, it could destroy the Democrat Party as we know it.
I just refuse to believe that deep down the money tree terrorists are not contributing to the likes of Reps. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), just to name a few.
