REPORT: Biden Tells Netanyahu Not to Strike Iran Back

This week, we all saw the reports of how Iran launched hundreds of missiles and drones at Israel.

To be honest, when I first saw the report, I got sick to my stomach believing that this was going to be the start of WWIII if any significant damage was done to Israel.

Having said that, I firmly believe that Israel needs to conduct a massive strike to beat down Iran to the point it will not consider another strike, but Biden sees things a bit differently.

The Double-Cross

A double-cross is defined as the betrayal by someone who is considered a supporter of another individual.

In this case, those parties are the United States and Israel

We are supposed to be Israel’s biggest and most influential ally, yet there was Joe Biden reportedly telling Netanyahu not to make a major offensive strike against Iran after Iran did just that to Israel.

Biden told Netanyahu to take the win because Israel was able to take out 99% of the missiles and drones that were fired by Iran in the attack.

Details were leaked of a call that reportedly took place between Netanyahu and Biden, where Biden told Netanyahu, “You won a victory today. Be content with this victory.”

Many saw this as a betrayal or double-cross of Israel by Biden.

For instance, former National Security Advisor John Bolton stated, “And most importantly, I think Israel should be looking at this as an opportunity to destroy Iran’s nuclear weapons program, which is the existential threat that Israel faces. I don’t know what they’ll do. I can’t predict it, but I will tell you this: If Joe Biden, as some press reports have it, is urging the Israelis not to retaliate at all, he is an embarrassment to the United States.

“This is an American interest to make sure that Iran, which is the principal threat to international peace and security in the region, is at a minimum put in its place to spare Israel, to spare the Gulf Arabs, and to spare us from the threat that they pose.”

Richard Goldberg, who was a member of former President Trump’s National Security Council, added, "This was a massive, unprecedented and unacceptable strategic attack on Israel.

"It would be a huge mistake to pull Israel back from a military retaliation, but it’s downright insanity to keep $10 billion accessible to Tehran in the aftermath. The president needs to lock down all the money he made available to Tehran these past months."

I can only imagine how livid Netanyahu was after that call, especially knowing how the United States would respond if an attack of that nature was levied against our country.

As many have said, if Netanyahu does not conduct a massive counterstrike, he is just inviting Iran to conduct another attack.
