REPORT: Biden Administration Quietly Works Deal to Refreeze Iran’s $6B

Donald Trump and the rest of the GOP have been hammering Joe Biden to lock up the $6 billion that was released from South Korea.

Most thought the deal never should have been made, but they surely wanted that money locked up again after the Hamas attack on Israel.

While not admitting to it publicly, aides have leaked that an under-the-radar deal was reached with Qatar to keep the money locked until further notice.

Lock It Up

Donald Trump shredded Biden about this on Wednesday.

He posted on Truth Social, “CROOKED JOE BIDEN MUST TAKE BACK AND FREEZE THE 6 BILLION DOLLARS RIGHT NOW, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.

“HOW COULD ANYONE BE SO INCOMPETENT AND STUPID? BIDEN CAUSED THIS WAR, AND IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE!!!”

Fox News reported that a deal had been struck, posting, “A source present in the room told Fox News Digital that Adeyemo told congressional Democrats in that meeting that the U.S. has reached ‘quiet understanding’ with Qatar not to move the $6 billion in funding.”

Administration officials continue to say that the money has not been spent, but that is about as far as they will go.

It is sickening, really, that they appear more interested in protecting the ethics and morality of Iran rather than just admitting they were worried about this money falling into the hands of the wrong people.

Had they locked up the money right out of the gate, as they should have done, they would not have backed themselves into this corner.

Instead, they will now lie and act as though no deal is in place for two reasons:

First, they know it would upset Iran, which Joe Biden does not want to do.

Secondly, by freezing the money, they are admitting that there is a chance that Iran would have used the money for other reasons than the intended humanitarian purposes.

Just digest this for a second… Biden is more worried about how Iran is perceived than about simply doing the right thing for our allies.
