Rep. Greene Claims She Was Swatted for 8th Time

Swatting is the new thing, apparently, and we are seeing members on both sides of the aisle fall victim to it.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), however, seems to be at the top of several people’s list.

According to Greene, she was just “swatted” for the eighth time.

Here We Go Again

Swatting is when someone claims there is an emergency at your home, but none actually exists.

They usually claim some type of violent crime, such as violent domestic abuse, armed robbery, or a shooting.

Greene stated, "You can see this video in my home where I had to go to the door in the middle of the night, where the SWAT team had showed up, they had gun[s] in hand.”

She added, "They had been told that I had murdered someone and that I was ready to commit suicide and that I was willing to shoot police officers when they came into my house.”

Greene later added that her daughters have been swatted as well, as her family is clearly being targeted.

Over the Christmas holiday, Senator Rick Scott (R-FL) and Rep. Brandon Williams (R-N.Y.) were also swatted.

Greene raises a very good question, stating, "I've started to ask: is this an attack on our government, as well as an attack on the police?

"And is the Biden administration capable of handling what is happening with attempted assassinations on government officials because we know the Biden administration is not capable of stopping the invasion at the southern border which has surely brought terrorists into our country."

Just imagine if someone mistook the police officers for intruders and answered their door with a gun.

There is clearly a lot that can go wrong here, yet these swatting incidents are taking place more and more, especially against conservatives, which is probably why the Biden administration and Democrats are not saying too much about it.
