Three More Hunter Attorney’s File for Removal from Legal Team

Hunter Biden is starting to run out of attorneys.

Last week, the big news on this front was that Chris Clark, Hunter’s longtime criminal attorney, was stepping aside due to a possible conflict of interest.

Now, three more of his attorneys are filing for withdrawal from the case, thinning out Hunter’s legal team considerably, reported the Daily Caller.

New Filings

This abandonment of Hunter comes as it seems clear that his case is going to be moved out of Delaware and into DC and California.

Last week, Special Counsel David Weiss filed to have the misdemeanor tax charges dropped against Hunter so they could be properly filed in those two jurisdictions.

First, Clark withdrew, raising quite a few eyebrows.

Now, Latham & Watkins LLP attorneys Brian C. McManus, Timothy H. McCarten, and Matthew S. Salerno have also filed to be removed from the case.

In their filing, they wrote, “Brian C. McManus, counsel for the Defendant, Robert Hunter Biden, respectfully requests this Honorable Court to withdraw all appearances for the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP as counsel for the Defendant in the above-captioned matter.

“Mr. Biden has been advised of, and consents to, our withdrawal. He also agrees this withdrawal will cause no material adverse effect or prejudice to him and remains completely satisfied with Messrs. Lowell’s and Jones’s continued representation of him.”

Why these attorneys are leaving remains a mystery, though…

Hunter’s primary attorneys will now be Abbe Lowell of Winston & Strawn LLP and Richard I.G. Jones Jr. of Berger Harris LLP. In case you were wondering, none of us could afford the rates these guys charge.

So, it is rather amazing a man that claims to have nothing can afford these power suits for his defense, but it is likely some Democrat donor is footing the bill on this, as Hunter has a knack for getting other people to pay his bills these days.

Hunter Biden is clearly stressed about all this, flying to Lake Tahoe to vacation with his father for the next week.

With any luck, it will be his last vacation as a free man.
