Queen Camilla Visits King Charles Amid Hospital Stay

King Charles is already lying down on the job…

Only months after getting the crown put atop his head, the 75-year-old monarch had to have prostate surgery.

It has since been confirmed that Charles could be on his back for about a month, unable to perform his royal duties.

During the King’s hospital stay, Queen Camilla popped in to say hi to Charles, and the media was all abuzz with news of the visit.

King Chuck was hospitalized for three days to rest from the surgery.

While Charles is resting from the surgery, he will be excused from royal engagements for about a month.

Queen Camilla was in good spirits, so most of the media took that as a good sign that Charles was doing well.

Camilla had been to the hospital just about every day to visit Charles since he was admitted and had surgery.

A spokesman for the Crown stated, “His Majesty would like to thank all those who have sent their good wishes over the past week and is delighted to learn that his diagnosis is having a positive impact on public health awareness.”

Even though Charles has not been wearing the crown for that long, he has long had a reputation as a bit of a workaholic, so for him to be down for this long is a bit of a shock.

He was, however, against keeping his surgery secret, as he wanted to use the procedure to encourage other men to get checked for cancer.

In addition to Charles being hospitalized, news also broke that Kate Middleton was hospitalized for a procedure as well.

While we do know that Charles had prostate surgery, exactly which measure taken to remove the cancer was not known at this point, nor has it been made known what, if any, further treatments are on deck for Charles.

With the thirst the public has for the crown, I am sure it will not be long before that information gets out as well.
