Putin Changes Tune, Gushes Over Trump After Win

Prior to the election, Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed that he wanted Kamala Harris to win.

His tune changed rather dramatically after Donald Trump had a landslide victory this week.

All of a sudden, Putin cannot say enough good things about Donald Trump.

Putin and Trump

Russia endorsed Harris just after Biden announced that he was stepping down and gifting Harris the nomination.

Putin stated that he would prefer Harris as well, then added, "Ultimately, the choice is up to the American people, and we will respect that choice.”

The White House immediately went on defense, with Harris spokesperson Ian Sams stating, "I think everybody knows who dictators and bullies around the world prefer in this election. They prefer President Trump.”

Trump has made it very clear that he wants this conflict between Russia and Ukraine over ASAP, and I am sure he will be reaching out to him as soon as possible.

Putin also knows that Trump is not Biden, so there will be no nonsense here.

My guess is that Trump will talk to Zelinsky and tell him flat out that he needs to come up with an offer he can live with or there will be no more aid once Congress comes back into session.

And I would imagine he is going to tell Putin that he is going to have to live with that offer as well or he will try to cripple Russia with sanctions.

Putin is now trying to flatter Trump with Harris out of the race.

Putin discussed Trump’s assassination attempt and the election, stating, “He behaved, in my opinion, in a very correct way, courageously, like a real man.

“I take this opportunity to congratulate him on his election.”

The Kremlin also responded to Harris’ ridiculous claim that Putin would eat Trump for lunch with some levity, stating, “Putin does not eat people.”

I know the two wars are not going to end overnight, but my best guess here is that by the summer of 2025, these issues will be resolved.
