Protestor charges stage during Trump speech
Former President Donald Trump has survived ANOTHER terrifying rally incident.
After Trump took the stage in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, a protestor was videotaped CHARGING toward the former president.
Security immediately rushed to tackle the unidentified suspect.
The suspect, who has still yet to be identified to the public, was then forced to the ground before ever gaining contact with Donald Trump.
It good to see that security has stepped their game up, but this is still COMPLETELY unacceptable.
How was this man allowed to get THIS close to Trump?
It was not that long ago Trump survived an actual assassination attempt.
You would think security officials would be taking their jobs more seriously!
Trump has yet to speak about the protestor who charged the stage, but he did publicly address the assassination attempt last month.
“In order to see the chart, I started to turn to my right, and was ready to begin a further turn, which I'm lucky I didn't, when I heard a loud whizzing sound and felt something hit me, really hard, on my right ear. I said to myself, 'Wow, what was that -- it can only be a bullet,' -- and moved my right hand to my ear, brought it down, and my hand was covered with blood, just blood all over the place. I immediately knew it was very serious, that we were under attack, and in one movement, proceeded to drop to the ground,” Trump said of the horrifying moment.
“The amazing thing is that prior to the shot, if I had not moved my head at the very last instant, the assassin's bullet would have perfectly hit its mark, and I would not be with you tonight,” Trump continued.
We are happy to know the former president has remained safe once again.
Security was successful in stopping the protestor but needs to do better at preventing this from ever happening in the future.
