Protesters Arrested Outside Biden Campaign DE HQ

Joe Biden has been trying to lure in young voters who appear to have abandoned the campaign.

The fact that younger voters are not falling for Biden’s rhetoric was made even more apparent after a protest was held at Biden’s Delaware campaign HQ.

In fact, almost two dozen kids were arrested while holding a climate change protest.

Lock Them Up

If you have TikTok, you may have noticed that Joe Biden recently signed up for an account.

Biden is trying to appear hip and relevant with younger voters and TikTok, by far, has the youngest audience.

That apparently is not working, at least not yet, because a group of young protesters swarmed Biden’s Delaware campaign office.

The group was demanding that Biden “Declare a climate emergency.”

Many of them were holding up signs that stated, “Fund climate not genocide.”

This new generation is clearly about as mentally stable as Joe Biden is…

The group behind the protest, “Sunrise Movement,” also posted, “There are dozens of actions Biden could take tomorrow to protect young people and people of color.

“He could ban evictions and guarantee healthcare after climate disasters hit. He could end the fossil fuel era by refusing to approve a single oil or gas well in this country.”

According to Sunrise Movement, security at the campaign headquarters allowed the protesters to enter the building as well as go up to the 8th floor of the building.

Later, however, police showed up and started to arrest members of the group, charging them all with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

The group has about 7,000 members around the country, and they have been disrupting other political events as well, including a DeSantis event in Iowa during the primary race.

The group is not alone, as members of Congress, including Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), Jared Huffman (D-CA), and Earl Blumenauer (D-OR), have all demanded Biden use his executive powers to declare a climate emergency.
