Pro-life Dad Sues Biden Administration Over Arrest

If you thought the Trump administration stacked up the lawsuits, that is nothing compared to what we are seeing against Joe Biden right now.

Mark Houck, a pro-life dad who was arrested by about 20 FBI agents at his home, has just filed a suit against Biden’s Department of Justice.

Houch is now seeking $1.1 million in damages.

Sue Them!

According to Houch and his wife, Mark was just defending their son from very aggressive pro-abortion activists.

Houck claims the “unnecessary and unlawful show of force” was an infringement of Houck’s Fourth Amendment rights.

The $1.1 million in damages is for malicious prosecution, retaliatory prosecution, false arrest, abuse of process, and assault.

The arrest made national headlines when video surfaced of a caravan of FBI agents, vested and armed to the teeth, showing up at Houck’s house to arrest him.

Houch could have been sent to jail for 11 years, but he was acquitted in the case (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances a.k.a. FACE Act).

His wife, Ryan-Marie Houck, is also suing for $3.25 million in damages, claiming she has had several miscarriages and PTSD from the events (she could be heard, clearly stressed, in the video that was posted online).

Her suit states, “Mrs. Houck has also shouldered the emotional distress of caring for her seven children and their individual needs as they each process their own trauma from these events.

“The children continually come to her crying and suffering from nightmares. They slept in bed with her and her husband for the first month after the arrest, and they continue to ask to sleep in their parents’ bed.

“The children are easily triggered whenever the situation is brought up or unannounced guests arrive at the property, and she spends a significant amount of time counseling and comforting them.”

Biden and Garland have their hands filled in this one and we can only hope Houck makes them go to trial rather than settling and believe me, Garland will be looking to settle this as quickly and quietly as possible.
