Possible Jail Time for Hunter for Violating Terms of Release

Well, Hunter Biden has been set free… sort of.

On Wednesday, Hunter appeared before a federal judge where he was expected to plead guilty to get a sweetheart of a plea deal.

When the judge saw the deal, it went straight into the shredder, so Hunter’s world was turned a bit upside down.

Not Guilty

After the deal fell apart, Hunter decided to plead not guilty, so the fun is about to start. Hunter was then released, with the caveat that he is not permitted to do any drugs or alcohol, reported NBC News.

The conditional release stated, “Testing may be used with random frequency and may include urine testing, the wearing of a sweat patch, a remote alcohol testing system, and/or any form of prohibited substance screening or testing.

“The defendant must not obstruct, attempt to obstruct, or tamper with the efficiency and accuracy of prohibited substance screening or testing.”

“Violating any of the foregoing conditions of release may result in the immediate issuance of a warrant for your arrest, a revocation of your release, an order of detention, a forfeiture of any bond, and a prosecution for contempt of court and could result in imprisonment, a fine, or both,” reported Breitbart.

Hunter had the misfortune of coming before a Trump-appointed judge, Judge Maryellen Noreika.

When Noreika saw the deal, she tossed it out because the deal would have given Hunter “broad immunity from prosecution in perpetuity.” This was a no-no as far as the judge was concerned because there could be more charges to come.

Now Hunter’s team will have to negotiate a new deal, and with all the attention this case got, I am sure it will not be nearly as sweet as the previous one.

It gets even more interesting…

When Biden arrived in court, he was with attorney Kevin Morris. It was only last week that Morris was photographed taking a hit from a bong while being visited by Hunter Biden.

Seeing Hunter in a jumpsuit is on my Top 5 list right now, so forgive me for rooting for the idea of him falling off the wagon.
