POLL: Trump Supporters More Enthusiastic Than Biden Supporters
I think most people reading this would agree that Joe Biden is not exactly a candidate that gets people pumped up.
Say what you want about Trump, but his supporters are overly excited to get to the polls and pull the handle for him.
A new poll confirms just that, and it represents a big problem for Democrats in November unless they figure out a way to energize their base.

The latest Economist/YouGov poll asked voters, “How enthusiastic are you about voting for president in the upcoming election in November?”
Overall, 56% of respondents were excited about the upcoming election, but the party numbers were far from being equal.
Only 51% of Biden voters were “extremely” or “very” enthusiastic to vote, whereas Trump voters were at 63% in the same two categories.
The poll also ran the numbers to include third-party candidates in the general election.
Biden and Trump were tied at 44%, which is in line with other polling we have seen as of late.
In the latest FiveThirtyEight national average, Trump’s margin has shrunk to just 0.4%, but as I have stated before, national polling is pretty much irrelevant for a presidential election because of the Electoral College.
This race is all about the battleground states of Arizona (Trump 43.2-38.9), Florida (Trump 47.0-37.2), Georgia (Trump 45.3-39.4), Michigan (Trump 41.7-40.6), Ohio (Trump 45.3-35.7), Pennsylvania (Trump 42.6-41.8), Virginia (Biden 49.42), and Wisconsin (Biden 41.3-41.2).
Democrats are now targeting the blue wall plus the single electoral vote from Nebraska as a path to victory.
With Biden either leading or trailing by very little in those states, that is what Democrats see as his likely path to victory, but as I stated before, they need to get them interested enough to head to the polls for that plan to take off.
That is why I expect them to do a repeat of the last two elections, painting Trump as a “threat to democracy” as well as pounding the abortion issue, which has worked very well for them in the past.
