Pentagon Will Not Detail $37.7B Spending for Ukraine Assistance

Joe Biden wants to tap the American taxpayer for another $37.7 billion in aid for Ukraine.

For more than a month now, I have been pulling the alarm over decreased American stockpiles due to this war.

My suspicions have never been higher based on the Pentagon's reaction for the detailed spending of that $37.7 billion request.

More Money

The letter sent to Pelosi in the request for the money only detailed $21.7 billion tagged for "equipment for Ukraine, replenishment of Department of Defense stocks," among other support.

When Sabrina Singh, deputy Pentagon press secretary, was asked specifically how that money would be spent, as usual, the administration side-stepped the question.

Singh stated, "I would not be able to tell you how much of that $21.7 billion is going back to replenishment.

"I just wouldn't be able to do that from here."

The media knew what he was saying, but they wanted him to be clear, so they asked him if he would take the question back to the Pentagon and supply the number later.

Singh responded, "I am not going to take the question because I'm answering your question.

"I'm not going to be able to itemize that out right now.

"I just don't have a number or a dollar figure for you right now on what that looks like, and I don't think that's something that we would broadcast from here, or at least something that I could broadcast from here at this time."

That response, as a private citizen, should terrify you.

They don't want to announce the number, which tells you it is fairly significant.

They don't want to announce the number because if it is revealed, it would likely show that Biden has left us all but defenseless against an attack right now.

Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) has also expressed concern on this front, recently stating, "The Russian invasion of Ukraine has shown that the United States' stockpile of munitions is dangerously low.

"We must reinvest not only in the munitions critical for the defense of America, but also in a workforce that can build these weapons to ensure our military's readiness."

It is scary to think what our situation would be if an enemy decided to pounce right now.
