Funny how support for someone that was sexually abused only seems to be given by Democrats to their fellow leftists.
Last week, it was revealed that Politico went way over the line in reporting a story.
Against her will, the publication printed a profile of GOP candidate Jennifer-Ruth Green that included a sexual assault that occurred while she was in the service.
Yet, nobody on the left, including Pelosi, has offered support.
Mum is the Word
What Politico did to this woman was shameful.
To the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee's (DCCC) credit, it said it would not publicize her assault to make waves in the campaign.
However, we have to wonder why House Speaker Pelosi (D-CA) or any other high-profile Democrat of the Me-Too Movement had not come forward to offer any support for Green.
At the very least, condemn Politico for outing her assault against her will.
Green believes the documents were obtained illegally to boost her opponent in the race.
She stated, "I'm going to stand up not only for me, but I'm going to stand up for every other survivor, every other vet, every other woman, because I'm not going to let Congressman Frank Mrvan do this, I'm not going to let Adam Wren do this, and I'm just done with it."
