Pelosi Denies Breaking Promise To Back McCarthy In Speakership Vote

Did Nancy Pelosi, a Democrat from California, break her promise to ousted House Speaker Kevin McCarthy?

Pelosi said she did not.

Will you take Pelosi's word for it?

It's pretty hard to believe anything Pelosi says these days. As if her years and years as a politician before lockdowns hadn't proved that she was corrupt enough already, what she did in 2020 proved that she never cared about Americans, only about herself.

As her home state of California faced the strictest lockdown rules in the country, Pelosi decided that the rules simply didn't apply to her.

She was supposed to be locked in her house, wearing a mask just like she was demanding everyone else in the country did.

Instead, she was filmed walking around MASKLESS at a hair salon.

Rules for thee, not for me.

It's the motto of the Democrat party, and we're seeing again why we can't trust liberals in America.

Especially Nancy Pelosi.

McCarthy, America's recently removed House speaker, confirmed to America that Pelosi had broken a promise she had made not to vote against him.

When a news station asked Pelosi about that, she called McCarthy a liar.

"Kevin McCarthy says that you essentially broke a promise to him to keep Democrats with him if there was a vote against him. Is that not true?" Fox anchor Elex Michaelson asked Pelosi.

"Not really. I had no promise to him," Pelosi said. "Our Democratic members made that decision."

So, one of these people must be lying.

To be honest with you, they're both California politicians, so I don't know if either of them are 100% trustworthy.

I'm not saying McCarthy is perfect, I'm just saying that I trust him a heck of a lot more than I trust Nancy Pelosi.
