Oprah Winfrey charged campaign $1M for hosting Harris interview

Kamala Harris and the DNC are facing massive debt.

Donald Trump knows, he hilariously trolled them by offering to foot the bill with his unused campaign funds. Trump didn't need all of his cash to win, meanwhile liberals spent way more than they had just to lose.

Now we know what some of those massive bills were for.

Vice President Harris reportedly paid Oprah Winfrey $1 million for hosting an town hall-style interview with Harris.

It obviously didn't work.

Instead of focusing on issues that matter and trying to connect with voters, Kamala's campaign spent on luxuries that were never going to move the needle. Kamala could have used that money to help so many people. What she chose to do instead was spend $14 MILLION on "event production" on top of Oprah's hefty fee.

According to the Washington Examiner, "Harris' campaign dedicated substantial funds for media appearances and event production. One significant expenditure was a six-figure sum for a set used during Kamala Harris' appearance on the 'Call Her Daddy Podcast.' The podcast covers topics like relationships and sex. Despite the investment, the interview has garnered just over 800,000 views on YouTube since" it was uploaded.

Compare that to Donald Trump's appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast, which was viewed over 47 MILLION times.

"Money can’t buy you love or a good candidate," Republican strategist Brad Todd said.

"Advertising is a pretty important source of information for swing voters... it no doubt matters, but it's not enough. It doesn't matter if you have the wrong message and it's not delivered in a compelling way. What her campaign was missing was any effort to break with the unpopular administration that she has been a part of," Todd concluded.

Kamala Harris blew it, plain and simple. At least Oprah walked away with $1,000,000. Kamala walked away $20,000,000 in debt.
