A bizarre murder story has come out of Oklahoma, and it just got weirder.
About two weeks ago, four men were reported missing after going out for a bike ride.
All four of their bodies were found in an Oklahoma river.
Where it gets bizarre is that all their bodies had been severed in half.
Murder Mystery
The victims, Alex Stevens, 29, left for a bike ride with Mark Chastain, 32, his brother Billy Chastain, 30, and Mike Sparks, 32, were last seen on October 9.
They went for a bike ride and never returned home.
Five days later, their bodies were found in the Deep Fork River.
Teresa Stevens, the mother of one of the men, stated, “My son and his friends were first shot multiple times, chopped in half at their waist and then thrown into the Deep Fork River to rot away.”
She added, “It’s something you read about on the news, about what they did to my son and his friends.
“To chop a body in half is what the drug cartels do to the dead.
“Whoever did this clearly wanted to send a message.”
Police have named convicted felon Joe Kennedy a person of interest in the case.
One of the victims' phones had been pinged at his salvage yard before they went missing.
Police now believe the foursome were up to no good, having planned on committing a crime.
If that is the case, it is pretty apparent they picked the wrong person to screw with.
