Homeland Security Officer Placed on Leave

Reports broke on Thursday that yet another Biden official has been put on leave, hopefully pending dismissal.

This time, it was a Homeland Security employee.

She was terminated after it was revealed that she had previously worked for the PLO as well as expressing anti-Semitic comments.

Disgrace

Nejwa Ali, an officer with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, an agency of Homeland Security, was hired in 2019.

Part of her job is vetting people when they come into the country.

She has publicly expressed her support for Palestinian organizations and Palestine over the years, but apparently, this did not raise any red flags for the people who were charged with vetting her.

As it turns out, she was a public affairs officer for the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) in 2016 and 2017.

More recently, she has posted anti-Israel sentiment on her personal social media accounts after the attack by Hamas against Israel.

In one post, she wrote, “Palestinians have been suffering under Israel’s brutal, illegal, military, APARTHEID occupation for more than 75 years.” Sure sounds a lot like the comments made by Rep. Tlaib (D-MI) if you ask me.

On Instagram, she posted, “F–k Israel, the government, and its military @stateofisrael @timesofisrael are you ready for your downfall…because we are ready for our freedom.”

She added, “Israel and every Israel [sic] has to remember one thing: respect our existence or expect resistance. Simple. No apologies. #freepalestine.”

To make matters even worse, two days after the terror attack against Israel, she reposted a video with the caption, “F–k Israel and any Jew that supports Israel.”

She also posted a photo with the caption, “A nation that has nothing but Allah has everything it will ever need.”

I'm sorry, but didn't Joe Biden just say that Hamas does not reflect the views of the Palestinian people?

How can someone like this make it through DHS vetting? That is the same question Senator Hawley (R-MO) would like to have answered.

He posted, “Ms. Ali has explicitly linked her prejudicial views to her job. For instance, in one social media post associated with her name, she included the hashtags ‘#asylumseekers #palestine #refugeeswelcome’ — suggesting that she may preference certain immigration cases over others at DHS. This is unacceptable.”

“The Biden DHS needs to explain – now- why they had a pro-terrorist, pro-genocide anti-Semitic radical adjudicating asylum claims and why in the world she hasn’t been fired.”

Remember my concerns about radicals passing through as gotaways? Well, imagine the damage this woman could have singlehandedly done if she was tasked with vetting a terrorist.
