Obama influence on America grows with expanded Netflix partnership

If the Obama family is trying to TAKE OVER America, this recent announcement shows that it is one step closer to their goal.

We all know how powerful the media in America is, and now the Obama family has more control over it than era. The former first family has announced that it is expanding an existing partnership with Netflix, meaning that one of the already most visible families in America is about to get an even bigger platform.

Higher Ground

Higher Ground, the Obama's production company, recently inked a MASSIVE deal with Netflix that includes multiple years and a "first-look deal" with the streaming giant.

"From the beginning, Netflix has championed our projects, helping them flourish and reach millions across the world," president of Higher Ground, Vinnie Malhotra said.

"We’re thrilled to build on our stellar creative partnership and to deliver more ambitious films and series. From gripping thrillers to heartfelt comedies and profound documentaries, we have so much that we look forward to sharing," he continued.

Higher Ground was founded by Barack and Michelle Obama in 2018.

The production company announced its partnership with Netflix that very same year.

The Obama's productions have proved popular on the platform, with Leave the World Behind, a thriller, being the most-watched film on Netflix during the second half of 2023.

That statistic comes straight from Netflix themselves, who are very big fans of the former President and his wife.

"If there’s one thing that’s defined President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama’s creative ambitions since we started our partnership with Higher Ground, it is their pursuit of an exceptional story that brings the human experience to light," Netflix chief content officer Bela Bajaria said.

"We are delighted to continue our relationship with Higher Ground as they continue to develop and produce more ambitious, compelling and entertaining stories," Bela continued.
