Obama Gets Shredded for Comments to Black Male Voters

Former President Barack Obama kicked over a hornet’s nest.

Obama was talking to a group of black men, telling them why they should be voting for Harris.

The video has since gone viral, and now Obama is the one being accused of taking things way too far to drum up support for Harris.

So, let’s get right into this… here is the video of Obama talking to the group of black men on why they needed to vote for Harris…

Did you notice how, at no time, he talked about policy? This is pure identity politics.

He continued, stating, “You’re coming up with all kinds of reasons and excuses, I’ve got a problem with that.

“Because part of it makes me think – and I’m speaking to men directly – part of it makes me think that, well, you just aren’t feeling the idea of having a woman as president, and you’re coming up with other alternatives and other reasons for that.”

CJ Pearson, co-chair of the GOP’s Youth Advisory Council, commented, “Barack Obama … believes that black men should set aside our disagreements, set aside our grievances and just ‘take one for the team.’

“Barack, we’ve been ‘taking one for the team,’ when it comes to supporting the Democrat Party, for decades.

“And what do we have to show for it? Our inner cities are destroyed, violent crime is up, we are living in poverty in far too many communities across this country.”

Rob Smith, a media contributor, also commented, stating, “Sorry, Obama, I’m a black man, and I’m voting for Donald Trump for president, and there’s no amount of lecturing, or bullying or shaming that you can do, that is going to make me change that decision.

“You may be the surrogate black dad for a lot of fatherless black boys that are running around this country, but I’ve got a dad, I know who he is, and it ain’t you.”

This is just not a good look for Obama or Harris on so many different levels.

They are basically telling black men that they are not allowed to think for themselves and they need to vote for Harris for one reason and one reason only … she’s black.

That argument stopped working about four years ago for a lot of minorities, who are sick and tired of being used during elections.

Listen, Obama is one of the best political orators in the business, but he took the wrong path here.

You cannot get people to vote for you by shaming them into voting for you, especially when they feel that their voices are never heard.

This is just an epic fail on all parties.
